RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian
Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are
fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
For print directory subscriptions, you are entitled to a full refund if
our description of the product differs from the publication that you
received. You will need to return the book to us in a resaleable
condition and in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of directories, we cannot offer a full refund due to
'change of mind' or if you no longer require the publication. However,
we can offer to cancel your subscription and refund you the balance of
any undelivered books. The refund to be received will be the cost of
the annual subscription less the cost of any books received, with the
cost of books received to be based on 'single issue' print editions.
For online directory subscriptions, you are entitled to cancel your
subscription and receive a full refund if, within 14 days of being
granted access, you notify us that the contents and functions of our Live! site differ from the
description on our website or any other marketing material you may have
received. After 14 days, you may still cancel your subscription and
receive a pro-rata refund, subject to the reasons stated above.
For print books under the 'Who’s Who' brand, you are entitled to
a full refund if our description of the product differs from the
publication that you received. You will need to return the book to us
in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging.
