Crown Content Licence Agreement

As a licensed user of our products and services you can access our website(s) and copy information provided. We sell our products and services according to the number of licensed users in the organisation of the customer who may access the products and services concurrently. We offer, for example, single user, 2 user or 3 user licences: if you have a 2 user licence, that means only 2 users may access that particular product or service at the same time.

We also offer an IP Office licence, which means that any number of users may access the product or service licensed at the same time, provided all users are located within the same physical site. (For example, a library building or an office building is a single site: an organisation with buildings in two states or at two addresses is not a single site.)

If at any time the number of users simultaneously accessing the product or service licensed exceeds the terms of the user licence that you hold, you must immediately inform Crown Content Pty Ltd and arrange to pay for the extra user licence(s). If at any time the product or service licensed as an IP Office licence is used in more than one site you must immediately inform Crown Content Pty Ltd and arrange to pay for an additional IP Office licence.

Single use licensed products must not be installed on a network.

A fair use policy exists.

The owner of the copyright and the intellectual property of these products and services is Crown Content Pty Ltd.

Licencees may copy some of the licensed product, for internal use or for supplying services to its clients or customers. It is not permitted for the whole of the product or service to be copied, nor for it to be supplied in full to anyone other than the licencee(s).

Crown Content Pty Ltd may terminate this agreement immediately by notifying you if you fail to pay the licence fee, exceed the number of concurrent users for which you have paid, or otherwise infringe the terms of this licence.
