Crown Content Online Services Licence Agreement

Licensed users of Crown Content Pty Ltd Online Services are granted access to secure information on the Crown Content website.  Products and services are made available according to the user license purchased; for example, single user license grants access to a single user only; 2-5 user license for 2-5 simultaneous users; IP access license for an unrestricted number of users in each state or territory on an agreed set of network addresses.

IP access subscribers may provide services to externally located members of their organisation by means of a secured proxy server only.  Security, setup and maintenance of the proxy server are the responsibility of the subscriber. IP access subscribers must ensure that their list of authorized IP addresses is correct; any changes must be provided to Crown Content within 2 weeks of the change coming into effect.

If at any time the number of users exceeds the license granted, Crown Content must be notified immediately to arrange additional user license(s). Crown Content reserves the right to monitor license usage.

Crown Content Pty Ltd may terminate a license agreement immediately by notifying the licensee for breach of user license or for failure to pay outstanding user license fees.

Information provided to licensees is for personal use only.  Licensees must not copy whole or parts of information to publish or reproduce without the written consent of Crown Content Pty Ltd.

The owner of the copyright and the intellectual property remains that of Crown Content Pty Ltd.
